The board design (by DreamChip) is mostly complete, and it’s going to manufacturing in a week or so. Exciting times…
The six network interfaces (4x100Gb/s QSFP28’s to the FPGA, and 2x40Gb/s Ethernet to the ThunderX) are at bottom right. Top left is the Xilinx XCVU9P, with its DDR4 DIMM sockets, and bottom left is the Cavium ThunderX-1.
